01. Our price promise

We promise to guarantee to match and beat any quote of a same carpet. We dont have expensive shops and we concentrate on quantity of work to keep prices down.

02. What is the process

From the point of contact from our customers we arrange to attend your property with a wide range of samples for you to feel and touch. We meassure up for the installation and if you deciede to place an order we take payment for carpet using debt credit cards and fitting is booked normally within 5-7 days and you pay the fitters only after the carpets have been installed. At NO stage do we use pushy sales tactics as we strongly disagree with that conduct.

03. What if I find a cheaper quote?

Its unlikely but if you do find a cheaper bonafied quote we will match and beat it provided its of the same carpet and if the same underlay is being used. We have not been beaten on price in 7 years.

04. Warranty on workmanship

We are delighted to have Mr Alan Bunce who is a distingushed carpet fitter and a carpet fitting instructor. We will warranty any defects with the carpet and installation.

05. Do we do fitting only?

If you have supplied your own carpet and only require fitting we can provide a swift 5-7 day installation but we wont warranty the carpet only fitting. Our rates are £3.25 a SQM.
